Over August 8-12, Japanese prices of H2 grade scrap for domestic sales remained unchanged on week after they had declined for 14 weeks, but scrap consumption by mills are expected to stay dull, as market sources believed that Japanese scrap prices are still on the downturn though the decline may narrow.
