On April 21, China's national price of HRB400E 20mm dia rebar grew for the eighth working day, up by another Yuan 6/tonne ($0.9/t) on day to Yuan 5,146/t including the 13% VAT, while spot sales of construction steel including rebar eased by 15% on day, both according to Mysteel's assessments.
