China's rebar price dips despite a spike in sales

China's national price of HRB400E 20mm dia rebar under Mysteel's assessment declined for the fourth working day on April 26, down Yuan 13/tonne ($2/t) on day to Yuan 5,047/t including the 13% VAT, despite a 33.4% on-day surge in spot sales of construction steel.
