On April 28, China's national price of HRB400E 20mm dia rebar remained unchanged on day to Yuan 5,068/tonne ($761/t) including the 13% VAT, while spot sales of construction steel including rebar eased for the second day by another 2.4%, both according to Mysteel's assessments.
