Chinese silicomanganese prices continued to head south last week on thin demand, with the national price of 6517 SiMn under Mysteel's assessment sliding to Yuan 8,175/tonne ($1,228/t) EXW and including the 13% VAT as of May 20, losing another Yuan 125/t from one week earlier.
