On May 25, China's national price of HRB400E 20mm dia rebar price declined for the third working day by another Yuan 32/tonne ($4.8/t) to Yuan 4,766/t and including the 13% VAT, or hitting a 4.5-month low, while spot sales of construction steel including rebar recovered by 17.6% on day after two days of declines.
