Chinese ferrosilicon (FeSi) prices increased last week, mainly due to better demand from end-users. As of June 2, the price of 75% grade FeSi under Mysteel's assessment had gained by Yuan 49/tonne ($7.3/t) from May 27 to Yuan 8,800/t including the 13% VAT.
