Shagang Group (Shagang), China's leading electric-arc-furnace (EAF) steel producer, has yet to end its frequent steel scrap price cuts that now have been introduced every other day as it has trimmed another Yuan 120/tonne ($18/t) off its steel scrap buying prices effective for deliveries starting June 21 after the cut on June 19.
