Tokyo Steel Manufacturing, Japan's leading electric-arc-furnace (EAF) steel producer, has taken the unusual step to adjust scrap arrivals at its Utsunomiya Works, north of Tokyo, by telling dealers it will cease accepting all deliveries beginning Thursday morning, June 30.
