Shagang Group (Shagang), China's leading electric-arc-furnace (EAF) steel producer, has raised its steel scrap procurement prices by another Yuan 200/tonne ($30/t) effective August 10, or the third time this month, as part of efforts to refrain scrap deliveries from declining further, according to market sources.
