As of Thursday morning, mini-mills in the Kanto region around Tokyo paid Yen 65,000-66,000/t for H2 grade scrap, Yen 1,000/t higher on week, and the rise has reached Yen 14,000-15,000/t over the past two months, Mysteel Global noted.
