The steelmaking capacity utilization rate among the 85 independent Chinese electric-arc-furnace (EAF) steelmakers under Mysteel's regular survey reversed up last week after three weeks of declines, jumping by 6.68 percentage points on week to an average of 63.7% as of April 14.
